Terms of Service

1. Services

We provide digital design and development services including logo design, landing page design, website development, video editing, and AI-generated visual content. Specific deliverables and scope are defined per plan or custom agreement.

2. Payment and Refunds

Full payment is required before project start unless otherwise agreed. Due to the custom nature of digital services, refunds are not available once the project has begun. Refunds may be granted only if the project has not started.

3. Project Process

After payment, clients receive a detailed questionnaire to provide necessary project information. Our team will then contact the client to discuss the project and next steps.

4. Revisions

Revisions are included as specified in your chosen plan. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for the delivered work are transferred to the client, except for any third-party content or tools used.

6. Delivery

Deliverables will be provided within the agreed timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by client’s late feedback or incomplete information.

7. Liability

We provide services in good faith but are not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our deliverables.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project before it starts with written notice. No refunds are available after project commencement.
